MISSION STATEMENT:
The Pierre Amateur Radio Club (PARC) is a group of Federally licensed Amateur
radio operators trained in communications and electronics.
PARC members are trained in emergency radio communications and have
equipment resources to provide emergency communications in times of
emergency.
ACTIVATION:
Activated by Hughes, Stanley, or Sully County or State Emergency Manager,
Red Cross, or PARC officer.
Members will meet on Primary Emergency Repeater frequency (145.350) for
instructions by NCS. The NCS will designate assignments for mobile, portable
and fixed stations. NCS will also activate the TV station on channel 58.
