Are you tonight be transmitting on any HF frequencies? If so, which ones?

I will try to listen for you if the conditions are right, over in the UK. If i hear you I will send you a reception report as verification.

    Hi Graham,

It’s nice to hear from you and thanks for posting.

I am usually on 3.973 Mhz around 10:00 to 12:00 UTC. That’s early in the morning here.

I don’t get on much at night. Are you on digital modes any?

    Rich, K0PIR

Hello Rich. Thanks for getting back to me. I stayed up into the early hours of Sunday morning here in the UK, with my old Panasonic DR 49 Comms receiver but to no avail. I tried again on the Sunday but still no joy. Plenty of European stations but nothing stateside unfortunately. I listened on 20 mostly as I guessed you might be there. Think I need a better antenna……. Hope you had a good day.

Yes, conditions were very poor here. I worked one Alaskan station, but did not get any DX. I don’t remember hearing any.

Hopefully we get out of this low were are in and conditions improve. Maybe in 5 or 10 years, hi!

          Best 73,
          Rich, K0PIR
